Yes! All of our units are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after every rental. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Everything! Our units are the perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. Our inflatables can be used for birthday parties, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more.
We require a $100 deposit to reserve an inflatable for your desired day. This ensures no one else can book that inflatable on that day. This deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to your event for any reason. It is also fully refundable due to inclement weather as long as the unit as not already been set up.
Strong winds and thunderstorms are the big concern. A little rain won’t hurt our inflatables! Generally, we will know if poor weather expected and we will be in contact with you in the days leading up to your party. However, if things change quickly and we need to cancel due to weather, your payment is fully refundable provided we have not setup yet. If you choose to have the inflatable setup and the weather is poor during your rental time we cannot offer any refund.
We make all of our deliveries in the mornings and will reach out to you the week of your party to provide a more specific delivery time. We have a lot of parties to get to and do our best to plan an efficient route ensuring everyone gets their bounce house before their party starts. Your bounce house may arrive a little earlier than your party but it will never be late! If you have an early party start, please let us know so we can try to schedule you for one of our earlier drop off times.
Our rentals are meant to be used all day long! Saturday rentals will be picked up Sunday morning. Sunday rentals will be picked up Sunday evening. Please contact us if special accommodations are needed prior to booking online.
Delivery – yes. We need someone there to direct us where you would like things set up, how you would like them orientated, go over safety rules, and to collect remaining balance if not paid in full. You do not have to be present for pickup if we can easily access your yard.
If you have a dog, please ensure the bounce house setup area is clear of doggie doo-doo. We will not setup our bounce house if the area is covered with feces. Please also ensure dogs are inside during delivery and pickup to ensure they don’t get out of the yard, harm our workers, or harm our bounce houses. Dogs are notorious for chewing on bounce houses or puncturing them with their claws, so ensure the dog is kept away from the bounce house during your rental.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know what type of terrain your rental will be installed on. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
A generator will be required if an electrical outlet is further than 100 feet from the inflatable. Using an extension cord or multiple extension cords longer than 100 feet could short your circuit breaker causing the inflatable to deflate. Our generator is available for rent at $80 and comes with a full tank of gas.
A blower keeps air in the inflatable and needs to be run constantly while inflatable is in use. You can have it unplugged until the party starts if you’d like but it needs to stay running while being used. Once unplugged or turned off the bounce house will deflate immediately. We will instruct you on how to turn off the blower to deflate the inflatable overnight.
Unfortunately, we are no longer providing rentals at parks.
We require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are refundable until 48 hours before the rental begins. For poor weather, the deposit is fully refundable if we have not set up yet. If you choose to have the inflatable setup and the weather is poor during your rental time we cannot offer any refund.
Please ensure the set up area is large enough to accommodate the inflatable and proper entry/exit ways. The area should be relatively flat as well with no low hanging trees limbs or power lines above. Please ensure there is a clear walking path to the set up area and clean up after your dog if needed.
